¡Nos complace agregar un nuevo video instructivo en Español sobre la instalación del Cinton SuproFlex, con el capitán del equipo TACO Orlando Muniz de Nomad Fishing Charters y el capitán Danny Avila de Hammertime Sportfishing!
Para este proyecto usamos un barco Whitewater de 1997. Los capitanes Orlando y Danny comenzaron quitando las tapas de los extremos y el cinton original. El cinto original era de vinil flexible con un inserto de soga de nylon.
Luego, se limpió la tapa del bote y se rellenaron los hoyos de los tornillos con silicona de grado marino.
Mientras tanto, el nuevo cinton SuproFlex se colocó suavemente al sol para que se suavizara. Una vez listos, los capitanes Orlando y Danny encontraron el punto central, colocaron el SuproFlex en la proa, estiraron suavemente el cinton y lo sujetaron en el espejo de popa, luego lo estiraron un poco más tirando de él sobre la borda hacia la tapa.
Uno por uno, perforaron nuevos hoyos piloto y unieron el SuproFlex al bote con tornillos de acero inoxidable, que vienen incluidos en cada kit de cinton TACO Marine.
Una vez que se instaló el riel o cinton SuproFlex, los capitanes Orlando y Danny colocaron el inserto flexible negro que oculta los tornillos.
Después de que se instaló el inserto, las tapas de los extremos se colocaron en la popa sobre los extremos del riel de fricción.

Introducing a New SuproFlex Installation Video in Spanish!
We are excited to add a new Spanish how-to video about installing SuproFlex Rub Rail – featuring TACO Pro Team Captain Orlando Muniz from Nomad Fishing Charters and Captain Danny Avila from Hammertime Sportfishing!
On Muniz’ 1997 Whitewater, Captains Orlando and Danny first removed the end caps and the old, original Rub Rail, which was Flexible Vinyl with a rope insert.
Then, the cap of the boat was cleaned, and the old screw holes filled with marine-grade silicone.
Meanwhile, the new SuproFlex Rub Rail was gently laid out in the sun to warm up. Once ready, Captains Orlando and Danny found the center point, attached the SuproFlex at the bow, gently stretched the Rub Rail and fastened it at the transom, then stretched it a little more by pulling it over the gunnel onto the cap.
One-by-one, they drilled new pilot holes and attached the SuproFlex to the boat with stainless steel screws, which come included in every TACO Marine Rub Rail Kit.
Once the SuproFlex Rub Rail was installed, Captains Orlando and Danny attached the black flexible vinyl insert.
After the insert was installed, the end caps were then applied at the stern over the ends of the Rub Rail.
