TACO Pro Ambassador Captain Saki Halikos is practically a household name in Tarpon Springs, Florida. As a well-known charter captain for more than 13 years, Captain Saki leads almost-daily adventures from the helm of his Dorado 25 for his business, Florida Snook Fishing Charters. As a native to Tarpon Springs, Captain Saki is well acquainted with the waters of east central Florida, south Florida and the Florida Keys. When he’s not taking clients fishing, it’s not likely you’ll find him lounging around onshore. "On off days when I’m not with clients, I often gas up the boat and just ride around looking for fish and observing their location during different conditions (i.e., tide phase, temperature, wind direction, moon phase, etc.),” said Captain Saki on his website. "I do this to always stay on fish for my clients, who I love and often treat as good friends, and am never apprehensive to share my knowledge with."
TACO Pro Ambassador Captain Jason Trexler is an experienced boater and avid fisherman, and the owner of Dirty Dolly Fishing Charters in Cocoa Beach, Florida. Together with his wife, Shari, and daughter, Lexi, who are also his first mates, Captain Jason runs regular charters on his 30’ Sea Hunt Gamefish center console. "I love to fish [and] love seeing other people catch fish, especially when it’s their first time," said Jason, who has a 100-ton Master's Captain's License. "Every day is different on the water. One day is never the same, and I get to do what I love every day." Captain Jason, a former member of the United States Coast Guard who served for 20 years, uses TACO Grand Slam 2801 Outrigger Mounts with Aluminum Tele-Outriggers to target a variety of pelagic fish, including Sailfish, Mahi, King Mackerel, Snapper and Tuna.
