The following is a complete list of anodized finishes available either from stock and/or special order. Please refer to our finish codes when specifying a particular finish.
BLY: Silver Brite Dip & Anodized
Anodized finish for chrome like appearance. The mechanical brushing masks unsightly scratches that occur from contact and handling during fabrication or everyday use.
BLS: Brite Dip
Mechanically linear sanded and anodized fine wire brush and anodized finish. The mechanical brushing masks unsightly scratches that occur from contact and handling during fabrication or everyday use.
BSA: Silver Brite Dip
320 Grit Mechanically spiral sanded and anodized, for round tube and pipe. Mechanically sanded and anodized finish for products with corrosive, high-traffic exposure. The mechanical brushing masks unsightly scratches that occur from contact and handling during fabrication or everyday use.
BSS: Silver Brite Dip
320 Grit Mechanically spiral sanded and anodized for round pads. Mechanically sanded and anodized finish for products with corrosive, high-traffic exposure. The mechanical brushing masks unsightly scratches that occur from contact and handling during fabrication or everyday use.
BSY: Silver Brite Dip
180 or 320 Grit Mechanically lineal sanded and anodized for extrusions. Mechanically sanded and anodized finish for products with corrosive, high-traffic exposure. The mechanical brushing masks unsightly scratches that occur from contact and handling during fabrication or everyday use.
BXY: Polished, Brite Dip Anodized Simulated Stainless Steel Finish
This is for corrosive and highly aesthetically critical environments requiring the most blemish-free aluminum extrusion available. Most extrusion flow lines are removed during the polishing process.
BXZ: Brite Dip
800 Grit mechanically sanded and anodized finish for products with corrosive high-traffic exposure. The mechanically brushed finish mask scratches that occur from everyday use and the anodic coating protects against the marine environment harsh elements. This finish matches up well next to either BSA or BXY finished products.
TAL: Polished, Clear Anodized Mechanically Buffed, Semi-Brite.
A traditional anodized finish with a subtle polish. Most extrusion flow lines are removed during the polishing process.
VEL: Etch, Clear Anodized (Satin)
A cost-effective, matte finish. Provides the greatest corrosion protection for minimal aesthetically important exposure.
BHC: Black Hard Coat Anodized
Our unique Blackout Series provides superior protection from the elements and unbeatable style.
WHC: White Hard Coat Anodized
This unique finish provides superior protection from the elements and unbeatable style in white.
AES: Mill Finish
As extruded with no secondary finishing. It is lightly sanded, prepped, cleaned and ready for powder coating. Primarily used for industrial applications, for third party finishing or powder coating.
AEY: Mill Finish
As extruded with no secondary finishing. Requires light cleaning and sanding for better powdercoat adherence. Primarily used for industrial applications, for third party finishing or powder coating.
