We are pleased to report that our Main Manufacturing & Central Distribution facility in Sparta, Tennessee has reopened today for limited operations. Our team is working to load the transfer truck for Georgia and Florida, which is slated to depart our facility early this afternoon ahead of more inclement weather that is expected to hit the region this evening.
Currently, limited LTL carriers are picking up from our facility. UPS is currently unknown. We anticipate all LTL and UPS to resume pickup services Friday, at the earliest.
Our Customer Service Team is also in the office today working to respond to all phone and e-mail inquiries as quickly as possible. However, because of the expected inclement weather this evening, all team members will be out of the facility by 4 p.m. CST.
At this time, we are not sure if our Main Manufacturing & Central Distribution facility will open tomorrow, which depends on the weather conditions after tonight’s storm. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please stay tuned for more updates.
