TACO Metals COVID-19 Update, March 27

To our Valued Customers:

We’d like to inform you of a planned scale back in our operations over the next 2 weeks to help mitigate risk and protect the health and safety of our customers, employees, and communities in an effort to slow the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Our schedule March 30th – April 10th:

  • Central warehouse in Sparta, TN. will be operating on a limited basis, only shipping urgent orders via common carrier and UPS. We will be shipping on the following days: March 30th, March 31st, April 3rd, April 8th, and April 10th
  • Regional warehouses in Largo and Miami, FL., Summerville, SC. and Avon, MA. will be closed and we will not be making TACO truck deliveries to customers during this time.
  • Customer service will operate at a reduced level, however we will be available each day during regular business hours (8:00 AM -5:00 PM EST) receiving orders and providing customer support.
  • Sales staff will not be working during this period, however they will be monitoring emails from home and replying back to emergency situations.

We are planning to have all departments back operating in all locations on April 13th. Additionally, we do not expect any serious supply chain disruptions and our inventory levels for standard stock items are very good at this time.

Please rest assured we are here to support your on-going needs and work with you to the best of our abilities. Together we will get through this difficult period and begin to look forward to brighter days in the months ahead.

Thank you for your continued trust.
