At TACO Marine, we manufacture a variety of Aluminum Tube for the boating industry. Durable and strong, our Aluminum Tube is used for bow rails, grab rails and canvas top frames, which provide safety and function.
Canvas builders depend on our Aluminum Tube for their marine fabrication and building needs. With five drawn Aluminum Tube sizes available, we cater to the demand of many builders.
Our Aluminum Tube has a closely drawn outside and inside diameter tolerance and is the ideal product to use with rail and top fittings. Our Aluminum Tube maintains superior stability, strength and quality appearance when compared to customary extruded tube. We have four round and one square Aluminum Tube varieties available.
Fitting most canvas top applications, our round Aluminum Tube comes in a BLY Brite Anodized finish resembling a chrome-like appearance. It comes in various sizes and lengths to meet different requirements. TACO’s ¾” x .058” Aluminum Tube comes in 20’ and 6’, while our 7/8” x .058” Aluminum Tube comes in 24’, 20’, 16’, 12’ and 6’. Our 7/8” x .095” aluminum tube comes in 24’ and our 1” x .065” Aluminum Tube comes in 20’.
We also manufacture a Drawn Square Aluminum Tube, which has a close tolerance, yielding consistent use with top and rail fittings. It is great for pontoon boats or other types of boat railing needs. In contrast to the round Aluminum Tube, our square Aluminum Tube has a BXY Brite Anodized finish, which resembles stainless-steel. This 1” x 1” tube has a wall thickness of .125” and comes in 24’.
