Instructions to attach the brackets to the rod holders:
  1. Position small mounting bracket to back of the rod holder.
  2. Drill pilot hole for screw.
  3. Screw mounting bracket to rod holder with fasteners provided.
  4. Position to mounting location. Drill in mount as needed.
