For a servicing fee, one of our Outrigger Pole manufacturing experts in Sparta, Tennessee will complete a full-scale servicing*, which includes an inspection and cleaning.
Tune Up Includes an Extended Warranty
This service not only extends the life of your outrigger poles, but it also extends the warranty! For poles still covered under the original 3-year warranty, our tune up program RESETS your warranty to 3 years from the time of service. If your poles are out of warranty, this service provides an additional 1-year limited warranty from the time of service. That's a win-win for everyone!
*Servicing does not include repairing cosmetic issues, such as scratches or dents.

TERMS: I acknowledge that my existing TACO Marine Tele-Outrigger or Center Rigger Poles are in good working order and I am requesting to send them to a specialist at TACO for a one-time servicing. Servicing includes inspection, re-lubrication and cleaning. Damages, such as cracked pole tubes, cannot be serviced. Your initial charge includes a pre-paid return UPS label to TACO, which will be e-mailed to you by a TACO representative. If damages are found beyond the scope of servicing, one of our representatives will contact you with alternative options. All poles will be returned within two weeks from the time of receipt. The UPS pre-paid return label is valid for 14 days after charges. Servicing is not eligible for a refund. For poles still covered under their 3-year warranty period, servicing will reset the warranty to 3 years from the time of service (proof of purchase required). If proof of purchase for the 3-year warranty reset cannot be confirmed or is missing, then the servicing will default to a 1-year limited warranty. For poles outside the original warranty, this service provides a 1-year limited warranty from the time of servicing. Carbon Fiber Tele-Outrigger Poles, 18' Deluxe Aluminum Tele-Outrigger Poles or non-TACO-brand poles are not eligible for this service. This service is not available for products purchased on eBay. Proof of purchase must include a copy of the original sales receipt with purchase date, product model name(s), and price paid clearly legible to be valid. This service is only available to customers within the Continental United States.
