Limit one TACO Marine product per claim form. Offer available on designated TACO Marine products only. Purchase must take place between dates specified on rebate.
Claims must be received between the start of the purchase period and no later than 30 days after the purchase period, after which time no claims will be accepted. Valid for legal residents of the 50 U.S. States, District of Columbia, Canada and Puerto Rico. This offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion. This claim form must be filled in completely and include an image of the original UPC code cut from the product box, and a copy of the original sales receipt with purchase date, product model name(s), and price paid clearly legible to be valid. Any misrepresentation, fraudulent information or multiple claims voids the offer, and documentation will not be returned. TACO Marine has the right to substantiate sales receipts and to request additional identification and/or documentation. We do not honor rebates for purchases made on eBay or other auction-based platforms. All claims and documentation become property of TACO Metals, LLC and will not be returned. Please retain a copy of all documentation sent for your records. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, illegible, damaged, or misdirected mail.
