2024 Miami International Boat Show Preview

MIRAMAR, FLORIDA (USA) – The TACO Marine® booth (MB7027) at the 2024 Discover Boating™ Miami International Boat Show® next week will showcase several new products, including an Innovation Award entry.

Innovation Award Entry: New Open Water Internal & Collapsible Carbon Fiber Outrigger Poles 

Unlike other internally rigged poles on the market that are fixed or challenging to set up and take down, these poles can be collapsed quickly and easily for transportation and storage.

The three-piece design features a patent pending latching mechanism that provides a Twist & Lock connection between pole segments – enabling easy and secure setup when heading offshore. 

Another innovative feature, the ability to perfect index the halyard line using the adjustable ratchet base with a threaded locking collar – a unique feature only available from TACO Marine. This design element eliminates chafing and ensures the smooth ascent and descent of outrigger lines.

New ShadeFin® Mini: Shade for Every Angle

Ideal for bass boats, flats boats, bay boats, kayaks, pontoons, skiffs, and any boat with limited-to-no coverage from the sun or where extra onboard sun protection is desired, ShadeFin® Mini will be a primary feature of the TACO Booth.

Available in black and white, this innovative, new boat shade system provides boaters, anglers, and families with portable, convenient, and easy-to-use shade with a 60- by 38-inch coverage area.

ShadeFin Mini is adjustable at four different points along its frame – offering virtually unlimited angle adjustment. Starting at the mounting base, it can be swiveled 360º and securely locked in place. The base also features a locking knob that enables the forward and backward tilt of the shade. 

Onboard Comfort Reimagined 

The TACO booth will also feature a new luxury line of USA-made Bucket Seats, the Anclote and Caladesi.

These premium marine Bucket Seats are the perfect combination of comfort, durability, functionality, and style – each with an ultramodern design that is unbeatable in appearance and quality. Each seat features an advanced seat suspension system that is integrated into the injection-molded seat bottom. 

The Anclote Bucket Seat features plush cushioning and a wrap-around body style accented with premium diamond quilting. The Caladesi Bucket Seat features plush cushioning, a wrap-around body style accented with a smooth fabric finish, and a sporty back cutout that allows for breathability and flair. Both bucket seats include an adjustable bolster – allowing for boaters to stand and steer when at the helm.
