Striker Base Gunnel Mount

The Striker Base Gunnel Mount is usually positioned toward the bow of the boat at least one foot in front of the last rod holder.

Installation

You will need to cut a hole for installation. Click here to find the drilling template.

• Use a 1-1/2" or 2" hole saw and cut a 45º angle, then file to get a perfect fit.
• Use a sealant, such as 3M 5200, under the plate for a watertight seal.

Sizes

The gunnel mount comes in two sizes:

• 1-1/8" ID
• 1-1/2" ID

Backing Plates should be used on gunwales 3/4" or less in thickness.
